DaaS (Device-as-a-Service) is an innovative approach to hardware. services in the subscription system. Foxo365 DaaS combines hardware, software and services in a single package, billed for each workplace. Unlike leasing, in Foxo365 DaaS a device is only one of the components of a complete package. An additional advantage of Foxo365 DaaS is its scalability and flexibility - we can add or remove a workplace from our contract at any time.
The most important advantage is the Foxo365 DaaS ackage itself (see question What is DaaS). In addition, with Foxo365 DaaS we maximally reduce the cost of investment - computer use, software and services. By moving costs from fixed assets (CAPEX) to monthly operating expenses (OPEX), we increase the company's liquidity.

Yes, accepting and signing the contract is a prerequisite to use
with Foxo365 DaaS.
Yes, as long as you exceed the minimum period of three months. That's one of the main advantages Foxo365 DaaS - scalability and flexibility - you can add or remove a workplace or even cancel an entire contract.
Moving to a higher Subscription is possible from the next billing cycle. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to change the subscription to a lower one.

Security and solutions
Nobody has access to your data. Both locally on the computer and in the cloud. On your computer, your data is secure thanks to disk encryption with a cryptographic service BitLocker (see the question What is BitLocker). In the cloud, in services Microsoft 365, Microsoft guarantees your data security.
This is a service for cryptographic data protection on the disk. BitLocker uses the 128 bit AES (Advaced Encryption Standard) algorithm, considered safe by many government institutions, including NIST. Data on encrypted disks BitLocker are safe and unreadable when connected to another device.
Data stored locally on the disk is protected by a cryptographic service BitLocker (see the question What is BitLocker). However, in the case of cloud and services Microsoft 365 in Microsoft data centers located depending on the service:
– onedrive, SharePoint Online, Skype, Teams, OneNote, Azure Active Directory

Due to the use of a cryptographic service BitLocker (see the question What is BitLocker), nobody has access to the data on the computer. Data from the computer are deleted and repeatedly overwritten using the method Secure erase, a proven solution that deletes data permanently and overwrites all SSD blocks, including redundant and service blocks.
The computer itself, however, undergoes a refurbishing process.

Definitely yes. Under Foxo365 DaaS you get hardware with pre-installed applications and services in the cloud (including the service package Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Premium depending on your subscription), but you can always install your own applications.
This is one of the most important assets Foxo365 DaaS - you do not need to have an IT Department - we will take care of MY preparation, delivery and proactive protection (depending on your subscription). However, if you already have an IT department, you can relieve them of current IT services and delegate them to tasks closer to business.
